SCCE has reserved a small block of rooms for the evening of Thursday, October 24th at a rate of $109 plus applicable state and local taxes (currently 13%). The cut-off date for reserving rooms is Thursday, October 3, 2019. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space- and rate- available basis. To make your reservation, please call the hotel at 972-661-3600 and request the rate for the SCCE Dallas Regional Conference or make your reservation online. 

NOTICE: Neither SCCE nor any hotel it is affiliated with will ever contact you to make a hotel reservation. If you receive a call soliciting reservations on behalf of SCCE or the event, it is likely from a room poacher and may be fraudulent. We recommend you make reservations directly with the hotel using the phone number or web link on the conference website.
